Shipping Rates

ESS offers one standard shipping method within the United States
All APO/FPO orders are shipped via Standard.  

WAREHOUSE PROCESSING TIME

All orders may take 3-5 business days for warehouse processing to ensure order accuracy. Backordered items may take 4-6 weeks or longer. Orders must ship complete but we may ship only available products.

* For certain destinations, your shipping options may be limited.  For example, only Standard Shipping is available for APO/FPO addresses.  We are also not able to ship to PO Boxes outside of the U.S.  Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email specifying what carrier was used along with the corresponding tracking number.  When ordering items with estimated ship dates, your order will ship when the total order is complete.  Please note that items in your order may ship from multiple locations and can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

We work hard to keep our shipping charges as low as possible. Please contact us if you have any questions about our rates or policies.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam & Puerto Rico:

We offer Standard service rates to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico with some limitations.  There is no extra fee to Alaska and Hawaii for Standard shipments.  

U.S. MILITARY POST SHIPMENTS

All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via our Standard Shipping option.  We estimate 5 to 14 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take longer--it is entirely dependent on the military post.
